Job Description:
- Produce training and company videos
- Actively participate in selecting the subject matter, developing the outline and story board, assist in preparing the scripts, shooting the videos, and editing to produce high-quality completed videos at the average rate of 1 video per week
- Assist in the development of training content specific to the Barnhart Learning Management System (MyBarnhart)
- Prepare graphics as required by department and project needs
- Assist in outlining, story boarding, preparing scripts, shooting video, and editing video for special projects such as required. Also participate in producing and recording video podcasts.
- Additional duties as company and department needs may require.
Requirements:
- Approximately 20% of working time will be spent out of town. This will vary depending on department needs.
- Must be willing to complete the Barnhart orientation process in the same manner as all Barnhart field personnel by completing the Barnhart Basics course via MyBarnhart.
- Must be willing to participate in professional development through on-line study. Access will be provided by Barnhart Crane. The videographer will provide a summary of the class content on a regular basis and demonstrate how their new knowledge of how the technique/ process/ information was applied to work for Barnhart.
