~This is NOT a remote position, you will be on site at our Jackson, TN dealership.~

*You must have your own Videographer equipment.*

The Company: Prime Auto USA is an independent used car dealership located in Jackson, TN with a full sales team, finance team, client success team and service team with a total of just under 50 employees and selling just under 100 cars per month. We provide automotive reconditioning to cars that are being prepared to sell including an 80 point inspection as well as on-going repairs with the purchase of our VSC vehicle service contract and customer pay work. Job Description: Marketing Visual Specialist

Overview: The Marketing Visual Specialist (Videographer) will create engaging visual content for our marketing team. This role includes producing high-quality photos and videos to enhance our brand presence and support marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Documenting the condition of vehicles upon arrival at the dealership. This role ensures that all incoming vehicles are photographed accurately for inventory records and quality assurance
• Capturing high-quality images of vehicles for our dealership’s website and promotional materials. This role involves working directly with customers and the sales team to ensure all vehicles are photographed professionally and promptly
• Photograph vehicles for online listings, marketing materials, and promotional events.
• Ensure vehicles are presented in an appealing and accurate manner.
• Work with the sales team to schedule and manage vehicle photo sessions.
• Assist customers with vehicle-related inquiries and provide a positive experience.
• Maintain and organize photo equipment and digital files.
• Create and edit professional photos and videos for digital and print marketing materials.
• Develop and execute visual content strategies that align with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and produce creative campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual style.
• Manage and organize all visual content assets.
• Photograph vehicles at the time of purchase and check-in.
• Document any existing damage or issues with detailed images.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of vehicle information into the inventory system.
• Collaborate with the service team to address any immediate concerns with vehicles.
• Maintain organized records of all vehicle images and related documentation.
• Each responsibility requires a unique set of skills but shares the common goal of ensuring high-quality visual content and efficient vehicle management.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.

• Porter for the sales team; jump cars, pull cars up for the customers and gas them up etc.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management.

Expected Results:

• Take pictures and videos of cars and help keep all platforms updated.
• Enter the proper information and upload pictures on cars as they arrive on the lot.
• Help meet company expectations for scheduled social media posts daily with additional live posts/stories on all social media platforms.

Ideal Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
