Inventory Specialist Responsibilities and Duties:
- Enters all shipping and receiving orders into inventory system
- Inventory control- cycle counting
- Receive and stock parts in proper VMRS location
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports
- Audit data for invoicing
- Track shipments using various websites
- Responsible for obtaining any documents or information to bill customers
- Other projects/tasks as assigned by management
Other Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with heavy duty vehicle parts/inventory preferred
- Ability to learn and apply basic use of inventory software and equipment
- Ability to maintain accuracy
- Email and general office duties
