What You’ll Do:
- Take and process orders in person and over the phone
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Recommend additional products to complete jobs
- Maintain clean, organized showroom space
- Handle returns, special orders, and fabrication input
- Support outside sales reps and collaborate across departments
- Track open orders and perform inventory cycle counts
- Promote Barnsco’s full range of products and services
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills – in person and over the phone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A proactive problem-solver with a team-first attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
