About the Role
The Golf Service Attendant position at Barnsley Resort involves working as part of a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service to our guests on the golf course. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the golf cart facility, ensuring the smooth operation of golf cart services, and providing outstanding customer service to members and resort guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the golf cart facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Operate golf carts safely and efficiently, adhering to established procedures.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining the driving range, including picking and cleaning range balls.
- Monitor play and pace of play, greeting guests at the bag drop and assisting with tournaments and outings.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Georgia driver's license and safe driving record required for positions involving vehicle operation.
- Availability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
