The Department of Human Services is seeking applicants for the full-time, 37.5 hour per week Coordinated Entry Project Specialist position for Youth and Young Adult (YYA). The YYA Coordinated Entry Project Specialist assists Barnstable County Department of Human Services in coordinating regional YYA homelessness strategies ensuring that the Coordinated Entry system is “a centralized or coordinated process designed to coordinate program participant intake assessment and provision of referrals”. Applicants should have a Bachelors Degree; minimum of two years’ experience working on housing/homelessness policy and programs or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Successful candidates will have knowledge of housing/homelessness in the Cape and Islands Region; navigating YYA identified service and resources needs; experience or the ability to learn to coordinate stakeholder groups and Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Position is eligible for hybrid work schedule upon successful completion of probationary period.
