Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. This position requires a passion for food and hospitality, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.40 - $25.77 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
