- Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets using tools like HeavyBid.

- Review and interpret blueprints, ensuring all team members understand project plans.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly.
Experience
