Gas Construction Foreman

This role will oversee daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards. This role involves supervising field crews, coordinating with stakeholders, and solving on-site challenges quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule daily tasks for gas technicians.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor work quality and ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Work with project managers and other teams to keep jobs running smoothly.
• Inspect job sites regularly to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify and resolve issues that could delay projects or increase costs.
• Keep accurate records of materials, labor, and equipment used.
• Communicate with clients and handle any concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in gas pipeline installation and maintenance.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in utility locating and/or gas leak surveying.
• Knowledge of gas regulations, safety standards and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physically fit and willing to work in various weather conditions.
