As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will play a key role in driving growth and success at our Allstate Insurance Agency. Base salary will start at $41,600.00-$62,400.00 with a highly incentivized commission and bonus schedule.

Responsibilities
- Actively generate new business by identifying and pursuing leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Sell Allstate products, including auto, home, life, and other personal lines insurance, to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Educate clients on Allstates product offerings, explain policy features, and answer questions in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist customers with policy changes, claims, and renewals to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the agencys CRM system.
- Stay updated on Allstate policies, underwriting guidelines, and state insurance regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
