You will be responsible for generating results by helping customers with their property and casualty insurance needs inside our book of business in both English and Spanish. Through helping customers, you will also be responsible for assessing cross-selling opportunities and provide better protection for Hispanic households across Arizona.

Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $24,000 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $35,000
Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $30,000 and our top earners made $70,000 in commission last year.

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and measurables by identifying sales opportunities inside the book of business.
- Address client insurance inquiries, concerns, and provide prompt and accurate assistance. Assist with filing claims, handling simple billing and policy questions.
- Generate leads through various channels within the agency. Focusing on incoming customer calls, winbacks, cross-selling current clients and deeping a household with new products.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify potential opportunities and present insurance proposals to clients, recommending policies that best meet their needs.
- Close sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets while collaborating with the team to reach agency sales goals
Requirement
Applicants who have background in insurance, mortgage processing, lending or those who have worked with or in Title are encouraged to apply!
Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
