Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Utilize various hand and power tools and material-handling equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors or contractors for supplies and repairs.
- Ensure property standards for appearance, security, and safety are met.
- Monitor shop safety and communicate areas of concern to management.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses.
- Assist with snow removal, landscape upkeep, and general property maintenance.
- Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, and perform testing and adjustments.

Qualifications
- 2-5 years of maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in skills such as painting, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and availability for full-time and on-call schedules.
- Forklift/Scissor-lift experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical skills and eagerness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
