Our client is seeking an experienced Accountant for a 3 to 6 month contract assignment with potential for full-time employment depending on business needs.
This position offers a pay rate of $27 per hour and will work Monday through Thursday from 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM.
Position Summary :
The Accountant will be responsible for critical financial tasks that contribute to the company's success. This role serves as the liaison between the finance teams in the USA and Dubai, as well as other departments such as procurement, logistics, purchasing, engineering, human resources, and manufacturing. Key responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, assisting with accounts payable, producing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform data entry and maintain financial records in Oracle Fusion.
- Manage CAPEX, assets, and inventory.
- Invoice customers, including intercompany transactions.
- Run production reports and perform data analysis
- Assist in audits, reconciliations, and balancing accounting records.
- Follow up on accounts receivable and assist with vendor payments.
- Process payroll reports, expense reports, and contractor payments.
- Support tax preparation and identify process improvements.
