We are currently looking to fill a Warranty & Insurance Claims Administrator position with a company specializing in agricultural equipment. This role will be based in Broken Arrow or Bixby, OK and is critical in managing warranty and insurance claims efficiently across multiple dealership locations .
Pay : $22-$26 / hr (based on experience)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities :
The Warranty & Insurance Claims Administrator is responsible for overseeing the entire claims process, ensuring timely and accurate claim submissions, maximizing reimbursements, and coordinating repairs between stores, customers, and manufacturers.
Warranty & Insurance Claims Management :
- Review, prepare, and submit warranty and insurance claims for customer equipment repairs.
- Ensure all claims meet manufacturer and insurance company requirements for approval.
- Monitor claim statuses and follow up to expedite processing.
- Work with service managers to ensure all eligible repairs are claimed appropriately.
