In this pivotal role, beginning July 1, you will oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of our student information system (SIS) and district-wide data operations. Your work will ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance while empowering educators and administrators with the tools they need to make informed decisions.

- Design and generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for district leadership and staff
- Provide training and technical support to school personnel on SIS functionality and reporting tools
- Collaborate with IT and district leadership to improve system performance and integration
- Safeguard student data privacy and security in alignment with best practices and legal regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience managing student information systems, databases, or data analysis in an educational setting
- Proficiency in SIS platforms (e.g., Infinite Campus)
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, IC Analytics Suite, Panorama, etc.)
- Understanding of state and federal education reporting requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to train and support staff across various departments
- Experience with scripting or programming for data management
- Familiarity with educational policies and student services
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in an educational setting
- Full-time, based in the district’s central office with occasional travel to school sites
- Work may require extended hours during reporting deadlines or system upgrades
Salary : $25 - $35
