Job Summary
Front desk role including administrative ops, bookkeeping (Quickbooks), and other financial services duties.
Duties
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to emails
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files
- Assist with data entry tasks and updating records
- Support staff with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

Skills
-Previous experience in financial services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a requirement
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
A background check will be conducted.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week Saturdays during Tax Season (OT)
