Barrett Hospital & HealthCare invites applications to fill the role of Payroll Specialist to join the Fiscal Department’s team of professionals. The Payroll Specialist performs all payroll-related functions including management of the Time & Attendance system and the payroll processing system. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for complying with Federal regulations, State regulations, FLSA and organizational policies, as they relate to the pay functions. The Payroll Specialist reconciles employee benefit deductions and processes the benefit invoices for payment, as well as assists with other financial accounting processes with the Fiscal Department team.
Minimum Qualifications:Associate degree in business or accounting program with five years of related experience; or bachelor’s degree in business or accounting with one year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education or experience in business or accounting.
