Purpose: Mill Assistant Operator
The Mill Operator is responsible for monitoring equipment controls that grind raw materials into flour and communicating with others on the team to ensure all ingredients are correct and ready for use.

Responsibilities
Communicate with Bulk Material Handler when ingredients are needed
Communicate with the Setup Specialist on micro bin set up
Monitor overhead bins based on the schedule
Back up to Mill Operator to Check and verify mill schedule and contact the Mill Supervisor or Mill Coordinator if issues arise
Back up to Mill Operator to plan upcoming runs by looking ahead on the schedule so we have ingredients prepared
Assist as needed with unloading ingredient trailers and loading flour trailers.
Assist with toting out, filling micro bins, material handling, and hand adds
Back up to operator to receive prior shift pass down and relay that information to current shift
Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
1st Shift: 4am - 4pm
Compensation: $28 per hour
