Barrett's Grill in Cockeysville, MD is looking for one bartender to join our 60 person strong team. We are located on 118 Shawan Rd Suite Dd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess guest's needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Present our menus and discuss options
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Maintain a clean organized work space
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- TIPs certification is a plus
