- Ability to operate boom truck.
- OTR Tire experience 5 years required.
- Ability to dismount and mount single and multi-piece wheels.
- Ability to recognize damaged or worn-out wheel components.
- Knowledge of tire classification, ability to identify basic markings on sidewalls: tire size, serial numbers etc.
- Ability to operate all hand tools associated with changing OTR tires.
- Ability to safely dismount and mount OTR tires.
