Position Description:  

• Train new builders on pool installations, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed. 
• Drive sales initiatives to expand our market presence and reach new customers. 
• Travel across the Northeast to engage with clients, builders, and potential customers. 
• Attend home shows and industry events to represent Barrier Reef Fiberglass Pools and network with industry professionals. 
• Manage relationships with established pool builders while exploring new partnership opportunities. 

What We Are Looking For:  

• An enthusiastic and outgoing individual with a passion for teamwork and achieving goals. 
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and partners. 
• Previous experience in sales, training, or the construction industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
