Responsibilities
- Proactively uncover and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare and life sciences sectors through outbound outreach, strategic networking, and lead generation initiatives.
- Own the full sales cycle β from prospecting and pipeline development to solution positioning, pricing, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust, data-driven pipeline of qualified leads using CRM systems and targeted outreach strategies.
- Leverage and grow personal and professional networks to accelerate deal velocity and create new opportunities.
- Drive business development efforts through direct outreach, established industry relationships, and active participation in the healthcare and life sciences community
- Partner with company leadership to fine-tune messaging, define target markets, and generate meaningful sales traction.
- Support the creation and implementation of scalable sales strategies, playbooks, and performance benchmarks aligned with aggressive growth goals.
- Represent the organization at major industry events and conferences to elevate brand visibility, build credibility, and source high-quality leads.
- Perform additional duties and contribute to cross-functional initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales and strategic partnerships, with a strong focus on new business development within healthcare services, life sciences, or adjacent sectors.
- Proven ability to build and scale revenue-generating relationships independently, consistently closing six- to seven-figure deals by managing the full sales cycle
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare services landscape, particularly the clinical development lifecycle for biopharma and medtech companies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong industry network and reputation within healthcare and/or life sciences.
- Willing to travel as needed for client meetings, industry conferences, and strategic events.
