We are expanding our clinical footprint and are seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist Principal Investigator to lead our new clinical site in Dallas, Texas.

Position Overview :

As a Psychiatrist Principal Investigator (PI), you will play a critical role in the clinical research and development of innovative therapies. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a multidisciplinary team. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research and build a state-of-the-art clinical research site.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leadership : Strategically build and lead a clinical research team, including clinical staff (MDs, RNs, and other professionals).
  • Research Oversight : Design, implement, and manage clinical trials focused on psychiatric and neurological conditions.
  • Compliance : Ensure all research activities comply with ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements (FDA, ICH-GCP), and company policies.
  • Patient Care : Oversee patient recruitment, enrollment, and care throughout clinical trials, ensuring safety and well-being.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sponsors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders, to achieve clinical objectives.
  • Data Integrity : Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical trial results.
  • Innovation : Contribute to the development of new protocols, methodologies, and clinical strategies in the neuro and psych research domains.

Qualifications :

  • Medical Degree : MD or equivalent, with a specialization in Psychiatry.
  • Licensure : Current, unrestricted medical license in Texas or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a Principal Investigator role in clinical research.
  • Expertise : Strong knowledge of psychiatric and neurological disorders and treatments.
  • Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and manage a clinical team effectively.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly.
  • Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with FDA regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and clinical trial processes.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Board certification in Psychiatry.
  • Experience in managing multi-site clinical trials.
  • Strong network within the psychiatric and neurological research community.
