What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff to promote game-changing medical products.
- Create and execute a sales plan to hit your targets (and beyond!)
- Stay on top of product knowledge and training to become the go-to expert in your field.
- Provide hands-on support and training to medical teams on using and maintaining the products.
- Submit reports, track progress, and keep your Regional Manager in the loop.
- Travel as needed within your territory to make things happen!
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree (bonus points for sales experience in healthcare!)
- 1-3 years of proven sales success, preferably in hospitals or operating rooms.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
- A self-starter who thrives when working independently.
- Ability to maintain required certifications and health protocols.
