Barrington Jewels is looking for a jeweler to join our team.
Desired Skills:
- Ring Sizing
- Chain and clasp repair
- Re-tipping prongs
- Setting stones (Diamond & Gem)
- Creating stone mounts
- Channel setting and platinum rebuilds
- Wax carving
- Fabrication
- Casting
- Custom design and creation of pieces
Position Requirements:
- Experience as a Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine jewelry
- Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation
- Certification/graduation in a bench jeweler program
Barrington Jewels is an established, upscale store offering fine jewelry, engagement rings & custom designs, plus repairs. The store has been family owned and operated with over 30 years of serving Indianapolis.
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand and power tools to assemble products accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
