Duties & Responsibilities:
· Lead daily operations, ensuring seamless service and top-quality food.
· Oversee all front and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced environment to optimize efficiency.
· Train, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
· Manage inventory, food costs, vendor relationships, and labor costs to maintain profitability.
· Oversee all cash transactions with accuracy and ensure proper financial controls.
· Guarantee exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries professionally.
· Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with regulations.
· Ensure the restaurant is spotless, maintaining cleanliness inside and out.
· Effectively run shifts, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
· Demonstrate strong leadership, setting the tone as a coach and mentor for the team.
· Collaborate with leadership to drive sales and execute company initiatives.
· Step in as needed, including assisting with food preparation, serving, or cashier duties when short-staffed to maintain seamless operations.

- 2 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
