Responsibilities:
Role will be to support the business team partners and General Counsel on a
range of litigations, including:
o corporate organization and recordkeeping,
o legal research,
o M&A,
o contract and lease review,
o risk management and insurance programs,
Basic Qualifications:
Law degree and licensed to practice in Louisiana.
4 or more years corporate/business attorney experience at law firm or in-
house.
Attention to detail and ability to discern and analyze complex issues.
Strong Research skills.
Excellent writing skills.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to work closely and communicate clearly with General Counsel.
Ability to communicate clearly with outside counsel and business partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Admitted in Texas.

Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour
