About the Role

This Administrative Assistant I-ADRC position at Barron County, WI requires a high school diploma/equivalent and a minimum of one year of office support experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be proficient in standard office equipment and software, and have strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and refer complex requests to appropriate staff.
  2. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of departmental activities and operations.
  3. Perform Administrative Tasks: Compose routine correspondence, proofread and edit documents, and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
  4. Support Staff: Provide administrative support to the ADRC/Aging and Veteran's staff as needed.
