Primary Responsibilities:
- Preventative maintenance tasks performed and recorded according to schedule.
- Emergency repairs conducted as needed, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Installation and setup of new equipment to meet production demands.
- Management of maintenance materials and spare parts, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Supervision of outside contractors, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
Core Competencies:
- Effective collaboration with the Manufacturing Manager to drive production outcomes.
- Machine and tooling maintenance, adjustments, and repairs carried out as required.
- Equipment modification and fabrication to meet operational needs.
- Trouble-shooting and assisting in implementing corrective actions.
- Active participation in Safety Committee Meetings and implementation of action items.
- Accurate completion of work orders and submission for computer input.
- Contributions to facilities management planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Understanding and implementation of AS9100 systems and procedures relevant to department or area of responsibility.
- Initiation of continuous improvement through AVOs, CARs, and ECRs.
- Participation in training, continuing education, and brainstorming sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Salary range of $58,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.
