OCTO is looking for an Executive level assistant to provide administrative support, data entry, and other operational duties to support the Executive Office of the Mayor (EOM)
OCTO is looking for a capable and motivated executive-level assistant. This role will support some of the senior leadership within the Mayor’s office of the District of Columbia.
Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and will be reporting directly
Duties to include:
• Administrative support (creating reports, templates, entering data into databases and spreadsheets)
• Data entry (creating spreadsheets, providing financial reports, billing and data entry)
• Coordination of meetings/events
• Special Projects as assigned

Responsibilities:
Provides support in the areas of budget, billing, reporting, and financial management for IT initiatives.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Requirements
- Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, faxing, mail distribution and filing--Required 3 Years
- Coordinates and maintains records for staff office space, phones, company credit cards and office keys--Required 3 Years
- Maintains Outlook calendar(s) in current and accurate status--Required 3 Years
- Coordinates meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated--Required 3 Years
- Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner--Required 3 Years
- Timely follow-up of priority orders and delivery appointments--Required 3 Years
- Data entry, file maintenance, and scanning--Required 3 Years
- Ability to juggle multiple administrative projects with superb accuracy--Required 3 Years
- 1-3 yrs developing, drafting, writing and editing reports and other documents--Required 3 Years
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience--Required
