Tetra Tech AMT is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to support our FAA business.
Additional Information
- Provides general administrative support for the executive management team
- Creates memos, agendas, reports, general correspondence and visual presentations as requested
- Provide calendar management support for the executives including scheduling internal and external meetings
- Responsible for coordinating executive travel needs such as flights, hotels, ground transportation, and creating itineraries
- Responsible for completing and submitting expense reports on behalf of executive management.
- Special projects for other departments as requested
- Other duties as assigned
- Six (6) years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma
- Possess excellent computer literacy with the ability to function in FAA multi-system software applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint
- Knowledgeable about FAA Systems to include, but not limited to, E2, CMMS Automated system, CASTLE System, and ITAR
- Possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and demonstrated professionalism.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly responsive to requested needs
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work with confidential and proprietary information using utmost discretion
