The Contract Recruiter will support the Talent Acquisition team to maintain high levels of internal and external customer service and keep the recruitment process running efficiently. You will develop unique recruiting strategies and be a consultant to hiring managers and senior leaders, along with a focus on proactive networking, diversity hiring, and innovative approaches to passive candidate engagement
You will source and attract candidates on a national scale for our regional corporate office and U.S. manufacturing facility in Eddystone with a focus on the cocoa function.
Key responsibilities include:
● Deliver exceptional candidate experience from phone screens to offer stages
● Deliver diverse talent pools for active requisitions and proactive introductions for the future
● Influence by providing insightful market data that informs grow-oriented discussions; Remain informed of national labor trends
● Organize and lead post-interview debrief sessions with interview teams and candidates
● Partner with Human Resources to maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a smooth onboarding process
● Educate candidates on company culture, history, benefits, rewards, work environment, and the search process
● Effectively negotiate offers and close candidates within the appropriate compensation ranges
About you:
● Bachelor’s degree
● 3 years of demonstrated full-cycle recruiting practices, principles, applications and methods, including interviewing and assessment skills
● Recruitment experience involving a proactive sourcing model and engaging with passive operations candidates and networks
● Track record of innovative sourcing and building talent communities within unique functional skillsets.
● Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and tolerance of ambiguity
● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
