The Cake Dumping Associate I, under the direction of Production Supervisor, is responsible for all functions and record keeping involved in cake dumping, packaging and pallet removal processes while adhering to all GMP and HACCP operating procedures.
Key responsibilities include :
- Must promote a safe working environment and good GMP's
- Committed to providing a safe food product
- Recordkeeping of consumptions via SAP
- Transport pallets via the forklift
- Follow dumping paperwork to ensure proper material is dumped into the correct silo
- Works within all regulatory requirements
- 1st level troubleshooting / maintenance of equipment
- Perform all other related duties as requested
