Barry’s is the Best Workout in the WorldTM. Founded in West Hollywood in 1998, it’s the original strength and cardio interval fitness experience that provides an immersive, high-intensity, one-hour workout that’s as effective as it is fun. Our fitness classes alternate between working out with weights and running on a treadmill. Each day focuses on a different muscle group to achieve real results and prevent injuries. Our program is designed to tone muscle and maximize fat loss while spiking the metabolism for up to 48 hours following the class.

About the role
The Digital Product Manager is responsible for execution of Barry's digital product vision across all platforms and systems : web, mobile, applications, and systems of record. They will manage new developments, ongoing enhancements, and day-to-day technical support, including coordination between internal stakeholders and third parties to strengthen Barry’s digital presence and provide a seamless client experience. Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and technical skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Execution : Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including conceptualization, development, testing, and launch. Manage Product Management System (Notion, Product Board, Jira or similar) defining clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work with engineering and design teams to deliver features on time and within budget.
- Growth Mindset : Work in an agile environment and continuously review the business needs (in partnership with the Director) to refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
- Product Vision : Partner closely with the Director to create a clear product roadmap of prioritized features and initiatives that support overall Barry’s business goals. Stay on top of the competitive landscape and maintain a deep understanding of the fitness and wellness technology space.
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Play a pivotal role in launching new features by collaborating closely with business stakeholders. Coordinate business tasks, problem-solve as issues arise, manage releases, and optimize the customer experience through rigorous testing and data analysis.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data analytics, user feedback, and metrics to continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Make data-informed decisions to optimize user experience and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate & Produce : Partner with internal teams to maintain and enhance technology platforms (i.e., MarianaTek, Xplor Growth, SessionM, Klaviyo, etc.) and digital product portfolio including digital content in partnership with Marketing & Brand.
