Bartlett Cocke General Contractors is currently seeking an Equipment Accounts Administrator to join our Team in San Antonio, TX! The Equipment Accounts Administrator assists the Equipment Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Equipment Department and shop functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor company owned vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Track and renew company owned vehicles’ license plate renewals and replacements
- Drop off company owned vehicles for maintenance and repairs as directed
- Utilize GPS tracker to monitor locations of company owned vehicles
- Obtain estimates and pricing on equipment or vehicle repair work to be done
- Negotiate rates on copiers for jobsites
- Tracks equipment inventory
- Assist with coordinating the delivery of construction materials, machinery, and equipment to jobsites
- Ensures company policies and procedures are understood and implemented consistently
- Document workplace and vehicle accidents
- Organizes and maintains receipts and purchase orders
- Organize and maintain warehouse-related phone list
- Collects and inputs weekly timesheets for Equipment Department employees
- Maintain copiers / printers
- Track and manage copier fleet
- Track and manage survey equipment inventory along with monthly / yearly subscriptions and software updates
- Track large equipment and update log / schedule on an ongoing basis
- Assign BC numbers to new units, tag and ensure tags are visible
- Complete monthly billings and ensure all money possible is captured
- Ensure all Company equipment is insured and is on the insurance policy
- Coordinate waste dumpsters for Equipment Yard
- Assist job teams with accessing signage portal utilizing current approved signage and logo’s
- Ensures vehicle licenses and registrations are kept current
- Review invoicing for accuracy
- CMIC data entry for equipment costing, transfers, allocations, and reporting
- Performs additional assignments as directed by the Equipment Manager, Vice President of Field Operations, Executive VP or President / CEO

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be physically and mentally able to successfully perform the essential elements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. While performing the duties of the job must be able to hear and talk. Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must occasionally lift and / or move up to 30 pounds. Vision requirements to do this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work area is moderate and can be high at times. Travel is required to job sites, regional offices, and / or professional and community organization events.
