Starting Wages:
- Fiscal Tech I: $19.87 / hour, depending on experience
- Fiscal Tech II: $21.74 / hour, depending on experience
- Fiscal Tech III: $22.83 / hour, depending on experience

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for understanding and managing the billing & A/R functions for all providers in related clinics. This includes having knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, surgical coding/billing, modifiers and insurance specific rules for all insurances in all specialties within related clinics.
Minimum Qualifications for the Job:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- Fiscal Tech I: One (1) year of clerical or data entry experience.
- Fiscal Tech II: Two (2) years of experience in a medical office/ clinic or comparable setting or
- Six (6) months experience as a BRH Fiscal Tech I
- Fiscal Tech III: Three (3) years of coding, billing, and/or collection experience in a medical office/ clinic or comparable setting or
- Six (6) months experience as a BRH Fiscal Tech II
- Preferred Experience: Work experience in a medical office and/or collections.
- Preferred Knowledge: Working knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Acts and practices as well as Medicaid, and commercial insurance knowledge.
- Note: This is a flexibly classed series requiring incumbents to advance to the Fiscal Technician III level. Continued employment is conditional on the incumbent’s ability to advance to the Fiscal Tech III level.
