Job Summary :
Under the general direction of the Director of Staff & Workforce Development, the Training and Development Manager provides oversite of the Training & Development Team.
The Training and Development Team is responsible for designing and delivering educational programs that improve clinical competencies, leadership skills, and operational efficiency to a diverse range of healthcare professionals. The Training and Development Manager will also manage preceptorship programs to support staff and leadership development to enhance overall organizational performance. The scope of responsibilities requires the ability to envision, design and direct the continuous improvement of education and retention strategies, thorough knowledge of statistical analysis and reporting, performance measures, performance improvement techniques and the frequent use of discretion, initiative and independent judgment. This role will oversee a team of professional and clinical staff that collaborate with various department leaders to ensure alignment of learning strategies throughout the organization.

- Collaborates and fosters strong partnerships with all directors to provide support and education to staff
