We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a wide range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, domestic violence, adoption, and paternity matters. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for managing their own caseload, providing legal advice and guidance to clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings. Ideally, the candidate will have blend over with criminal accusations and understand courtroom practices and customs.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of family law matters from inception to resolution.

- Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice and guidance.

- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.

- Conduct legal research and stay current on relevant laws and regulations.

- Represent clients in mediation sessions, negotiations, and court proceedings.

- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law.

- Strong knowledge of family law principles, procedures, and practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients.
