Barton & Gray Mariners Club is dedicated to providing its Members with unmatched experiences on the water, operating over 90 Yachts in 33 harbors, and offering a range of products including Day-boating, Sport-fishing, Overnight Cruising, and more. Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, and the Brand-Studio, the Club Ambassador is an account management role responsible for overseeing Member retention and harbor development with a Member-first approach. Current harbors of oversight include Greenwich, Rowayton, Oyster Bay, and NYC. Interested applicants must reside in Greenwich, CT or NYC.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the ongoing B&G regional account management strategy that aligns with the Club’s mission and long-term goals
- Act as a liaison for the company with members in each harbor of oversight, including member experience opportunities, service mishaps, and complaint handling in partnership with the Member Services team.
- Ensure product & hospitality consistency across all points of Member interaction including onboard, training, harbor activities, and more
- Constantly evaluate Club locations within region and provide feedback to Locations Manager
- Strategize yacht-inventory allocation and timing in conjunction with B&G Logistics Department to maximize member satisfaction within region
- Evaluate all points of Day boating-Member interaction and provide suggestions for improvement
- Lead efforts to open new harbor within Region of oversight
- Actively coordinate, execute, and attend regional Member-events with assistance from B&G Brand Studio
- Efficiently communicate all opportunities for sales directly to the Business Development & Sales team for tracking & follow up.
- Work with B&G Sales & Business Development teams to explore potential brand partnerships within the region
- Gain a deep understanding of the B&G Day-boating experience, and identify product gaps in current offerings
- Strong experience in account management, customer experience, or a similar leadership role in luxury hospitality
- Proven ability to communicate recommendations to executive management team
- Solid technical background with understanding of Member CRM and database management
- Skilled at working effectively with various interdepartmental needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $120,000
