As a critical member of our hospital laboratory, you will be responsible for conducting patient specimen testing and analysis, performing maintenance on equipment, and handling a diverse range of laboratory tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct all patient specimen testing and analysis
- Perform maintenance and quality control on all laboratory equipment
- Handle 15-20 tests per night shift, primarily for adult patients
- Operate Meditech EMR system and general lab/testing equipment
- Work independently during most night shifts
- Assist with phlebotomy/blood draws when necessary
Requirements:
- 1 or more years of experience
- ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification
- Montana state license
- Proficiency in phlebotomy preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle a diverse range of laboratory tasks
