About the Role: Our healthcare staffing agency is excited to partner with a talented Respiratory Therapist to fill a critical care position in Montana. As a skilled specialist, you will provide top-notch care to patients in need.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional respiratory care to patients in ICU and ED environments
- Conduct inpatient and outpatient procedures, including EKGs, stress tests, and PFTs
- Support high-risk deliveries as required
- Operate advanced respiratory equipment, such as Hamilton ventilators
- Collaborate with a team of 2 respiratory therapists during weekday shifts
- Assist with ED coverage as needed
- Ensure seamless continuity of care through effective communication and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Active Montana state Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Ongoing BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- Proven expertise in critical care and emergency settings
