Our client, a manufacturing company that has been in business for over 40 years and is a recognized leader in the custom manufacturing of polyurethane products, is looking for a full time Finance Manager to join their team.
If you are passionate about numbers, have a keen eye for detail, and are committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy in financial reporting this is the role for you!
Qualified candidate will have 5 or more years of previous experience as a Finance Manager / Accountant in a manufacturing environment.
Salary range : $85,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience)
Hours : Mon-Fri 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm on site / in office (please note this role is not hybrid / remote)
Responsibilities :
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Conduct financial auditing to assess the integrity of financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial and general ledger statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Utilize accounting software Visual Manufacturing for effective financial management.
- Implement accrual accounting practices to accurately reflect the company’s financial position.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis as needed.
