Responsibilities
- Maintain and care for lawns, gardens, and landscapes to enhance their aesthetic appeal.
- Perform tree care activities, including pruning, trimming, and planting.
- Build and install irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution.
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Supervise and train junior staff in groundskeeping techniques and best practices.
- Monitor the health of plants and lawns, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
