Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure a neat appearance.
- Execute tree care activities including pruning and removal as needed.
- Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, or trees.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months to keep properties accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Skills
- Proficient in lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilization, and pest control.
- Knowledgeable in groundskeeping practices to maintain overall landscape health.
- Mechanical knowledge for the upkeep and repair of lawn care equipment.
- Experience with hardscape installation is a plus.
- Ability to dig, plant, and maintain gardens effectively.
