The Senior Estimator will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to provide comprehensive and competitive estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed budgets, cost forecasting, and refine estimates based on historical data to ensure cost control across the project lifecycle.
  • Must have specific experience in all forms of estimating, including conceptual, detailed, unit price, and trades such as drywall, metal framing, painting, and other relevant trades.
  1. Bid Preparation & Vendor Coordination:

  • Use market knowledge to identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality or timeline.
  1. Cost Reporting & Financial Management:
  • Provide cost summaries, detailed reports, and post-bid analysis for management approval.
  • Monitor project budgets throughout the project lifecycle, adjusting for scope changes or unforeseen costs.
  1. Continuous Improvement & Market Knowledge:

  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  1. Time Management & Deadline Compliance:
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely bid submissions and project completions.
  1. Policy Compliance & Business Development:
  • Adhere to company policies, ensuring that goals align with overall company strategy.
