Responsibilities :
- Lead estimate development, including budgets, narratives, and approaches.
- Perform detailed and conceptual construction estimating.
- Proficient in systems-based cost modeling and unit / systems pricing.
- Develop accurate project scopes and detailed estimate descriptions.
- Conduct in-depth technical reviews of designs.
- Facilitate design coordination meetings.
- Build strong relationships with designers and trade partners.
