What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Entry position at BASCO GLASS LLC?
The ideal candidate will have a technical background, with superb attention to detail, and will
understand how to work with various measurement and technical product issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtains and retains extensive product knowledge.
Enters all customer purchase orders and quotes received by 3:00pm into our shower
door software program by the end of business day.
Works cooperatively with all teams and departments.
Recognizes and reports on product or process problems and offers suggestions for
improved performance.
Shows support and respect for fellow team members and collectively assumes
ownership of providing a positive customer experience.
Cultivates an environment supporting our Blue Print Values.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Must possess:
The ability to exhibit a high degree of professionalism, customer service, and
enthusiasm.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in investigating and resolving technical
product issues.
Good organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to problem solve.
The ability to communicate in a positive manner with internal and external customers,
sales, and management both verbally and in writing.
Maintains a positive attitude toward change and learning new skills
Ability to analyze problems and select proper corrective action
