Job Description
As a SAFe Product Owner, you will work closely with developers, Enterprise product managers, and scrum masters to ensure stakeholder needs are properly prioritized and executed. You will be a key leadership team member, doing work that matters for some of the U.S. Government's most critical missions, utilizing the latest technologies in Cloud Computing, and Al/ML.
Education and Experience
- 9 Years of Experience with a Bachelor's Degree
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAFe® principles, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and the ability to apply them flexibly and pragmatically.
- Experience working with Agile/SCRUM, writing user stories, and following the development process through user story acceptance.
- Ability to work on numerous assignments simultaneously with demonstrated follow-through, attention to detail,l and commitment to business partnership.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts within the team effectively.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity - in business requirements, technology options, and project direction.
- TS/SCI.
