As a SAFe Product Owner, you will work closely with developers, Enterprise product managers, and scrum masters to ensure stakeholder needs are properly prioritized and executed. You will be a key leadership team member, doing work that matters for some of the U.S. Government's most critical missions, utilizing the latest technologies in Cloud Computing and AI / ML.
Education and Experience
9 Years of Experience with a Bachelor's Degree
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of SAFe principles, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and the ability to apply them flexibly and pragmatically.
Experience working with Agile / SCRUM, writing user stories, and following the development process through user story acceptance.
Ability to work on numerous assignments simultaneously with demonstrated follow-through, attention to detail, and commitment to business partnership.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts within the team effectively.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity in business requirements, technology options, and project direction.
TS / SCI.
