Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Office Administrator with strong Microsoft 365 skills to join our team as an onsite resource. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity, and providing technical support to staff. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a deep understanding of office administration and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities· Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency.
· Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
· Supervise administrative staff and provide training and guidance as needed.
· Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow.
· Assist in planning and executing office-related projects and events.
· Manage task timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
· Prepare and manage office budget and expenses.
· Track and report on financial performance and variances.
· Manage Accounts payable and account receivable for Base One programs.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
· Ensure effective communication within the office and with external partners.
· Draft and distribute official correspondence, reports, and memos.
Minimum Qualifications· Associate’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, but not required.
· With no Degree, 10 years of office administration will suffice.
· With College degree, minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
Required Skills· Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive) and IT Desk Top systems.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
